An experimental luxury residential block, located in the backsteets of Brighton that was built back in 2020. It was the first totally computer-controlled building in the world, designed to house only robots and not people. It sports a web-based emergent control system that adjusts itself automatically to robotic network conditions. The building has never been completed because of its self determining upgrade facility - as soon as one part has been completed, the building is disassembled and then re-assembled again with new components by it's occupants. This way the building will never be redundant and it will only allow habitation by the most sophisticated, agile and exclusive robots.
